Our History

Cedarwood Building was established in 1998 by Ben Cooley & Michael Buda. Both, being accomplished builders, saw that there was a need for a company that provided quality workmanship every time and had great customer service at a reasonable price.

Since then the basic principals of the company remain unchanged, yet we now specialise in new homes.

Cedarwood Homes was then established in July 2010 when we expanded the company into 2 divisions; Extensions and renovations (McGrath Builders), and prestige new homes (Cedarwood Homes).
